1. About This Campaign

The CalfAvas campaign is operated by INNOPOLY TECHNOLOGY LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership incorporated in India under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 (LLP Identification Number: ACG-2617, PAN: AAKFI6448J), with its registered office at 505, 5th Floor, No. 3 Palm Spring, Link Road, Malad West, Mumbai – 400064, Maharashtra, India.

This website (fundacalf.com and associated domains) is a pre-order and interest registration campaign for the CalfAvas calf housing product. By submitting your interest or making a payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.

2. Nature of This Campaign

This is a product pre-order campaign, not a securities offering, investment scheme, or charitable donation solicitation. Participation does not confer any equity, ownership interest, or financial return in INNOPOLY TECHNOLOGY LLP or any associated entity.

Backers who select a tier and complete payment are purchasing a product or product bundle (the CalfAvas calf pen, accessories, and associated services as described in their chosen tier). All tier descriptions are subject to the fulfilment terms described in Section 4.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in this campaign. By submitting your details or making a payment, you represent that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Fulfilment & Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines are provided in good faith based on current production schedules. INNOPOLY TECHNOLOGY LLP will make reasonable efforts to meet stated timelines but does not guarantee delivery by any specific date. Delays may occur due to manufacturing, logistics, regulatory, or force majeure events.

In the event of a material delay exceeding 180 days beyond the stated estimated delivery date, backers will be notified and offered the option to receive a full refund or continue with the revised timeline.

Deployment of pens to partner dairy farms will be confirmed via photographs, GPS coordinates, and a deployment certificate sent to the backer's registered email address.

5. Refund Policy

Refund requests submitted within 14 days of payment will be processed in full, provided production of the backer's specific pen order has not yet commenced. After 14 days, refunds are issued at the sole discretion of INNOPOLY TECHNOLOGY LLP, except in cases of material delay as described in Section 4.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, videos, product designs, and the "CalfAvas" name and mark — is the property of INNOPOLY TECHNOLOGY LLP and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, INNOPOLY TECHNOLOGY LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in this campaign. Our total liability to any backer shall not exceed the amount paid by that backer in connection with their specific tier.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

9. Amendments

INNOPOLY TECHNOLOGY LLP reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered backers via email. Continued participation after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
